Under the guidance of the auditor, the Audit Assistant assists in completing internal and external audit work to ensure that the company's financial statements and operating activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and standards. The main goal of this position is to support the audit team to effectively perform audit tasks and improve the company's overall compliance and financial transparency.
Audit Support: Assist auditors in performing various audit tasks during internal and external audits of the company to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize and analyze financial data and assist in preparing audit reports.
Document Review: Check financial records, contracts, invoices and other related documents to identify possible errors or non-compliance.
On-site Inspection: Participate in audit field work, verify assets and inventory, and check processes and controls.
Report Preparation: Assist in preparing and writing audit reports to ensure the accuracy of audit conclusions and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Based on audit findings, assist in making improvement recommendations to enhance the company's internal control environment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields.
Have a basic understanding of the audit process and familiarity with accounting standards.
Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in office software such as Excel and audit-related software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
