Duties and Responsibilities
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Implement an effective Customer Relationship Management strategy and Customer Loyalty Programme Ensure effective planning and coordination of corporate events and customer visits within portfolio Identify new opportunities to cross sell other Group services and products. Monitor and ensure all queries and complaints are attended to swiftly. Compile visits reports, weekly and monthly portfolio reports in the form of a SWOT analysis Advise clients on investment options available to enable them to create a portfolio of investments Verify and authorise transactions within prescribed limits Offer advice on credit facilities offered by the bank Grow the units deposit portfolio to the assigned deposit budget for the unit as advised and reviewed from time to time ensuring that the deposit mix favors low cost deposits. Prospect for new business and develop new high net-worth customers Adopt a profitable client business model for your clients Monitor to ensure that accounts are properly maintained and serviced. Follow up on irregular accounts to achieve acceptable irregularity and default ratios. Close undesirable accounts and manage dormant accounts effectively Monitor to ensure clients operate on credit basis or within stipulated limits Comply with the Advances Manual as amended from time to time Attain portfolio sales and utilization levels as per assigned budget for selected products offered by the Bank as advised Undertake any other duties, tasks, assignments and projects as may be delegated/assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
‘O’ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics, all obtained within no more than two sittings, preferably passed with a symbol ‘B’ or better 2 ‘A’ level passes A relevant and recognised 3 to 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills 5 years banking experience of which 2 years should be in a role involving relationship management Knowledge of the financial services sector is essential
