Assembler

Duties and Responsibilities

Collecting the necessary tools, parts, and supplies required for the assembly process.

Putting together various vehicle parts, such as engines, transmissions, body panels, and interior features, using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.

Inspecting assembled parts for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

Using assembly line equipment and machinery, such as robotic arms, to automate parts of the assembly process.

Keeping the assembly area organized, clean, and free of hazards to promote safety and efficiency.

Working closely with welders, painters, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow and communication throughout the production process.

Following safety guidelines to minimize risks, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
