-Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
-Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is highly desirable.

-Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
-Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with leads to schedule AI product demo appointments for the sales team.
-Use excellent communication and persuasive skills to explain the value of the demo, ensuring a high booking rate.
-Maintain an organised schedule and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
-Follow up with potential clients and ensure they attend scheduled demos.
-Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve demo rates.
-Manage client data and appointments in CRM systems.
