The following copies (certified) should be attached to the registration forms: • Certificate of Incorporation • CR14 Form • Trade Licences, Dealership or Accreditation if applicable • VAT Registration Certificate • Valid ITF 263 Form (Tax clearance form) • Brief Company Profile and Three (3) Trade References
All documents are to be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Procurement Committee and clearly indicating: CO/SUPPLIERS/FY24 and the category being applied for. The submissions can be made to any of the offices listed below. The deadline for submission is 1300hours on 5 April 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
