Aluminium and Glass Supervisor at PG Timber

Duties and Responsibilities

-Supervising and Leading a team of installers and production staff, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects/job cards.
-Ensuring that all Aluminium and Glass products are fabricated, Cutted and installed to meet the required quality standards and specifications.
-Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all team members follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
-Overseeing the inventory management of materials and accessories required for Aluminium
and Glass products for fabrication and installation.
-Conducting regular inspections at worksites to assess progress, quality, and adherence to job cards specifications
-Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the Cutting, installation process, finding solutions, and minimizing disruptions to any business operations.
-Advocating Housekeeping issues within the department.
