TOWN PLANNING DEPARTMENT
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 1 (ESTATES) GRADE 7 (2 POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities

-Compiles report for site inspections.
-Follows up clients on due payments.
-Attends to general queries on land alienation.
-Processes correspondence on land alienation.
-Updates the asset register for Council leased/sold nonresidential properties.
-Drafts Agreements of Sale/Lease for signing by the Lessees.

Qualifications and Experience

-A Diploma in Real Estate Management/ Property Management/ Local Government/ Business Administration or equivalent
-A Clean Class 4 driver’s licence

Experience and skills
-At least 2 years experience in a similar environment
