Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) is seeking applications for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Graduate School of Business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
-Organizing and facilitating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and addressing administrative problems and inquiries.
-Providing administrative support for the Graduate School of Business as directed by the Director.
-Serving as the primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions.
-Assisting in the coordination, control, and completion of special projects as directed.
-Updating the Graduate School of Business website.
-Updating and communicating with the Graduate School of Business Alumni.
-Interacting with the industry.
-Attending to any other business as required.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:
-Relevant recognized University degree in Management, Leadership, Administration, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
-Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience in an academic setting or equivalent.
Proficient in computer literacy.
