MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising junior staff in the office;Managing and controlling assets and research equipment;Managing the purchase of goods from suppliers;Managing and supervising Admission and Registration processes;Supervising the management of assignments;Managing and supervising semester examinations;Monitoring votes to avert over expenditure;Liaising with Human Resources Department on Personnel issues;Coordinating student registration in the Faculty/Region and liaises with Academic Registry at the National Centre;Servicing Regional Board meetings;Carrying out any other duties as and when required by the Regional Director.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Business Studies, Administration, Commerce or equivalent;Two (2) years post qualification experience.
