RURAL ELECTRIFICATION FUND
VACANCY NOTICE
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancy within
the Rural Electrification Fund. Applicants should submit an application letter accompanied by
a detailed Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of academic and professional certificates.
Administration Clerk (6 Months Contract) (1 Post) – Mashonaland East Province

Duties and Responsibilities

• Records and codes all office furniture and equipment for input into the asset register
• Ensures that necessary repairs are done to furniture and equipment timeously
• Recruits and selects contract workers
• Captures Payroll data
• Raises procurement documents
• Administers vehicle services and maintenance
• Updates leave records for employees
• Conducts Safety & Health checks
• Files various human resource and administration documents

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 ‘O’ levels including English Language, Mathematics or Accounts
• Certificate in Human Resources or Administration Management
• SAP experience is an added advantage
• Computer Literate
• I year relevant experience
