Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
• Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and regulations, including ZIMRA submissions, NSSA contributions, and VAT clearances.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review; support budgeting and forecasting to guide decision-making.
• Inventory & Quotations: Assist with stock-taking, ensure proper inventory valuation, and prepare accurate quotations for clients and suppliers.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
