job Description

This role exists to manage the department that centralises the processing and coordination element of all orders and administration reguirements for the day to
day running of the company. The role acts as the important link between the accounts department and the rest of the company and expected to hold a high standard of accountability and compliance. All administrative tasks are held under this umbrella and the department's ultimate goal is to serve the rest of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Serving as a conduit between the accounts department and other departments to ensure that all administrative needs are met. This includes receiving direct
requisitions are processed and reported on. Ensuring that the company

Qualifications and Experience

Administration , Bookkeeping or Accounting diploma or certificate.
