Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell our products/services to new and existing customers.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to assist management in decision making.
- Maintain and update records in ODOO Accounting Software.
- Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate audits and stock takes.
- Ensure compliance with local financial laws and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.

Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in ODOO Accounting Software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting/reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Age must be 26 years - 45 years.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Available to start immediately.
