WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CAPABLE TEAM PLAYERS
-We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed individuals to join our Dynamic Team Members for the position(s) below.

Account Managers (Grade C5)
-The Incumbents will be responsible to the Head Business / Government Enterprise/ Wholesale Business.

Basic Function
-Establishes and manages a positive sustainable relationship between key corporate clients and the organization. Increases TelOne’s market share and grows the organization’s revenue base, and subscriber base through the setting of objectives and strategies to achieve prescribed targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Monitors and generates revenue trends of Corporate clients by analysing the Corporate accounts
-Develops appropriate strategies for specific Industry sectors to maximize revenue generation.
-Negotiates contracts with corporate clients.
-Establishes, develops, and maintains positive relations with corporate clients through client
visits to gain strategic positioning.
-Analyses Corporate clients’ usage to determine the demand for voice, broadband, and Satellite services in different locations and avail optimum network elements and capacity.
-Develops, negotiates contracts and manages corporate clients’ accounts to ensure they remain in good financial standing.
-Grows subscribers base as per set target to ensure profitability.
-Manages relations with stakeholders such as Government departments, community groups and utilities to ensure support in resource provision continuously.
-Develops retention strategies for corporate clients.
-Develops and manages tender response processes and implementation execution of the tender project.
-Completes all related tasks as and when required

Qualifications and Experience

-A Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management
-Professional Sales or Marketing Qualification is an added advantage e.g IMM.
-3 years relevant experience

Competencies
-Strong product knowledge of TelOne products.
-Excellent communication skills – speaking, listening, writing, and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of corporate marking needs distribution channels.
-Ability to work independently without supervision.
-Sound product sales negotiation skills and ability to drive corporate sales volume.
