Child-friendly, confidential face-to-face counseling is offered to children and community members at the Childline Drop-in Centres. Childline operates 34 community-based Drop-in Centres across Zimbabwe to enable those children without access to a phone to access Childline’s confidential counseling and psychosocial support services (PSS). These centres are operated by qualified Social Workers or Counsellors and are supported by trained community volunteer counselors
