MIDDLE OFFICE MANAGER
PURPOSE:
Ensures the smooth functioning of the Middle Office and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to promote, mobilize, and deliver both local and foreign investment into Zimbabwe
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, ICT, Statistics, or related field
• A post graduate business qualification such as an MBA, MSc, FRM is an added advantage
• At least 3 years post-graduate professional experience in Financial Services or related industries
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ICT and Risk Management skills
INVESTOR AFTERCARE SUPERVISOR
PURPOSE:
Works closely with the investor aftercare, linkages, monitoring and evaluation manager ensuring the smooth running of investor aftercare services
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• A Project Management Certificate is an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
MONITORING AND EVALUATION SUPERVISOR
PURPOSE:
Provides first line supervision of M and E activities
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field
• Project Management Certification is an added advantage

• At least 2 years’ work experience
SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST
PURPOSE:
Coordinate investment analysis for General Investments projects, PPPs and SEZs
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies or related field
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MSc is an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Excellent communication skills
MANAGER: ICT DIGITALIZATION
PURPOSE:
The Manager ICT Digitalization Implements innovative ICT solutions in support of the Agency’s Investment Promotion and Facilitation mandate
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Computer Science or ICT related field
• At least 4 years relevant professional experience
• Experience in ERP, Analytics, Big Data, AI/ML, and ICT Visualisation skills
• Experience in Website development and excellent programming/systems development skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
INVESTOR AFTERCARE AND LINKAGES SPECIALIST: 2 POSTS
PURPOSE:
Provision of administrative support for the Servicing and Aftercare Unit
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
• A Project Management Certificate is an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management and client servicing
• Excellent communication skills
MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST: 3 POSTS
PURPOSE:
Responsible for setting up and maintaining an M&E system for GI, SEZ and PPP projects
