Procurement Executive
Our client, in the FMCG industry, is looking for a qualified and experienced supply chain executive who specialises in Procurement to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the company’s procurement function
– Develop and maintain key supplier relations
– Manage the procurement team inclusive of appraisals and training.
– Standardize operating procedures and implement them.
– Savings Forecast and procurement process control
– Procurement Spend analysis
– Formulating Procurement KPIs’ and dashboards for the process control.
– Continuously review the procurement process (sourcing and transactional)
– Lead negotiations
– GAP analysis in procurement & inventory
– Reporting
Requirements:
– Tertiary qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or similar
– More than 10 years’ experience at a senior procurement level. Experience within the FMCG industry would be an added advantage
– Demonstrated success at supplier management

CEO – Manufacturing
This role will be based in Bulawayo. Our client is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial CEO for their manufacturing business.
The role would include the following:
- Over site of all production, admin and sales functions. (currently the operation has around 80 employees and some admin and technical staff)
- Setting targets for production and sales etc. Monitoring costs, and setting of selling prices. Handling customer relations with some 3rd party sales.
- Reporting to shareholders on a monthly basis on production as well as financials.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years senior management experience in the manufacturing industry.
A degree would be an added advantage.
The person would need to be commercial and practical. Must be a problem solver with a “Can do” attitude.
