  • Advanced university degree in social sciences, statistics, planning development, planning
  • A minimum of eight years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: programme development/management, planning and management, monitoring or another related area.
  • Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.
  • Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Deputy Representative – Operations (P5), the Human Resources Manager, within their area of responsibility, is accountable for implementing HR services that enhance the capacity of their clients to deliver on their business goals and objectives.
