Responsibilities
To teach courses in Dam Design, Applied Hydraulics, and Hydraulic Structures and
Water Resources Management and Hydrology.
To initiate and conduct relevant approved research in their areas of specialization
and related subjects in line with Education 5.0
To participate fully in the Department and University Extension activities (Advisory
and Consultancy work).
Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes
A good first degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a Master’s degree in Water
Engineering or equivalent.
A Ph.D./DPhil degree in the relevant fields is an added advantage
At least two years’ work experience
Membership in a recognized professional Engineering Institution is an added
advantage.
A proven record of research publications
