Introduction

Centre for the Development of Women and Children (CDWC) is seeking the services of a Videographer to capture and record Project Activities.

Purpose

The purpose of this is to improve Documentation and create reference material.

Objectives

To capture Activities through videos and photographs; To create reference material for future similar events; Produce short clips of the Activities with voice over; Produce short write-up for the still images.

Knowledge and Experience

The Videographer should have the following knowledge and experience: Ability to capture good quality stills and videos; Experience with creating voice overs; Experience in undertaking similar assignments with reputable institutions; Good short story writing skills.

Deliverables

Produce short videos of Activities; Produce pamphlet material with relevant messages pertaining to the Activity; Any other deliverable as agreed under the Terms of Reference (ToRs).

Scheduling

The scheduling of this work will be agreed upon between the two parties.

Payment

Upon completion of the assignment and submission of a video and pamphlet material, payment shall be made to the Videographer as per agreed rates. The Videographer shall submit a tax clearance with invoice failure which the Contractor will deduct 10% withholding tax to be remitted to ZIMRA.

Role of CDWC

The Contractor shall: Set up and carry out the planned Activities; Carry out other related logistics.

Reporting

The Videographer shall report to the Programme Coordinator for CDWC.
