We’re looking for a Business Risk Team Lead to: drive new strategic and/or legacy remediation projects from start to finish

• developing project plans, coordinating across multiple Business Areas and global Corporate Center Functions, and defining and documenting requirements

• provide records management advisory services for Business Areas within the Wealth Management (WM) US Division and for large scale strategic programs

• act as Records Management subject matter expert for the WM US Division, supporting the enhanced adoption and implementation of the Records Management Policy and Operating Model

• manage operational risk through continued analysis and identify potential gaps with requirements

• assess effectiveness of the related control environment and conduct various risk assessments for business and regulatory

Your expertise

• at least 5-10 years of experience with banking deposits/sweep deposit programs

• excellent written and verbal communication skills

• strong negotiation and influence skills

• proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets

Investment Specialist - Sustainable Investing

Your expertise

-At least 7 years of financial sector experience ideally in product development/ product management functions, portfolio management and/or client facing roles with a good understanding of asset management products and investment concepts in all traditional asset classes. A degree in Finance or Economics and/or CFA charter is a plus

-At least 3 years’ experience related to fixed income (public and private debt) with relevant experience in portfolio management and/or trading in fixed income a very strong plus

- Al least 2 years relevant SI / ESG experience. Relevant certifications, e.g. ESG CFA are a plus

- Deep knowledge of the functions across an asset management firm and services providers in the asset management industry (with sound investment know-how being a plus)

- Collaborative, inclusive and resourceful personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment

-Advanced experience in MS Teams, Powerpoint and Excel with knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Factset as a plus

-Diligent working style with a high service standard, and an eye for detail

-Strong English language skills (both verbal and written) are a must plus an additional language with German as a preference
