Job Description
Training Purpose
- The purpose of this training is to learn how the supervision of base stations and civil infrastructure construction, access road construction, buildings construction, site hardening and installation of base station accessories is done and handled in all upgrade and expansion projects. The trainee must be able to do the maintenance of all civil infrastructure by the end of the training program.
Key Learnings
- Should learn how to estimate and produce bills of quantity for civil work projects.
- Assist and learn to prepare tender documents for procurement.
- Should be able to be trained to supervise site built and access roads construction.
- Must learn to ensure all work is performed to required quality standards.
- Assist in the monitoring of site progress in the field against the agreed program of work.
- Must learn how to prepare and update technical standards relating to areas of operation.
- Must be able to learn how to enforce compliance to all specified engineering/Technical standards
