Position summary

The Temporary Office Assistant will report to the Administration and Procurement Coordinator and will manage kitchen and office supplies. The Temporary Office Assistant will be responsible for sweeping and cleaning work areas, toilets and kitchen on a regular basis; performing office duties which include photocopying documents and preparing staff tea and other administrative support duties; maintaining the office grounds clean with well-trimmed lawns, hedge and flowers; reports any theft, breakage or missing items to the Administration and Procurement Coordinator within 24 hours; checks and reports any needed maintenance for the office and promotes and abides by Plan policies and procedures including but not limited to: Promotes and abides by Plan International policies and procedures including but not limited to: Gender equality mainstreaming, Child Safeguarding Policy; Code of Conduct and the related mandatory reporting responsibilities.

Entry qualifications and experience

A minimum of 5 Ordinary level qualifications including English Language; At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
