Duties and responsibilities

These shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

Development of models for cleaning, maintenance and repairs of student accommodation.

Management of hostel furniture, bedding linen and consumables.

Development of plans, budgets and reports for the section

Development of an accommodation database for both local and international students

Development of models and systems for allocation of student accommodation

Development of models and systems for alternative student off campus accommodation

Development of models for hiring out university student accommodation


Work/Educational Requirements

The position requires an individual with:

- A Higher National Diploma or a degree in Business Studies or Management/Hospitality and Tourism management.

At least 2 years relevant experience.

A relevant Masters' degree in the area would be an added advantage )

The position requires a person who possesses the following attributes:
