SOCIAL WORK GRADUATE INTERN- MATABELELAND SOUTH X 1, MASHONALAND WEST X 1, HARARE- X1, BULAWAYO X 1, MASH CENTRAL X 1 AND MANICALAND X 1 JF Kapnek Trust The objectives of the position: • Supporting the roll out of the case management process in providing services and to inform programs officers of the necessary services each client needs to be offered • Assist in the formation of community disability forums and facilitating subsequent sessions. • Assist in training and capacity building of community cadres on preventing and responding to violence against children and women with disabilities. • Actively linking adolescents’ girls and women with disabilities with SGBV services. • Working closely with caregivers’ families and communities of adolescent girls and young women with disabilities to prevent and respond to SGBV • Assisting with the support of broader organizational activities in child protection, disability and sexual and reproductive health and rights • Documentation of beneficiary information and record keeping as guided by the NCMS. • Administration and documentation • Assist with case intake, assessments, care plans, reviews and documentation according to organizational requirements • Routine project documentation including narrative and statistical reporting. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. • Attachment experience in a reputable organisation • Registered with the Council for Social Workers in Zimbabwe • Should be able be highly productive with minimal supervision • Should be computer literate (Microsoft word and excel). • Should be a team player • Should have good communication skills • Should be flexible to work weekends and after hours and to be on call in emergencies
