The Zimbabwe program implements projects through 14 partner organizations in 30 districts in the areas of health, OVC, education, food security and agricultural livelihoods, and peacebuilding.


Position Summary

The Advisor provides technical guidance and implementation oversight to partners on a range of evidence-based and behavior-centered SBC interventions based on the social and cultural context in the target districts. This includes development of SBC tools and materials. The Advisor leads LIP capacity building efforts in Social Behavior Change, in line with PEPFAR’s localization agenda that seeks to ensure that the local partner has adequate capacity in place to become PRIMES for future OVC grants. S/he will have management oversight of the assigned number of LIPs.
