The three vacancies are based in the PF Operations: Adviser Enablement Business Unit. The role is focused on establishing TQM as a management philosophy, as well as Process Design Development and Enhancements to ensure efficient resource and operational alignment with business strategy. The ability to manage the tight timeline, to deliver on multiple milestones simultaneously and the ability to work with others including guide discussions and meetings as needed are very important. The ability to work on multiple initiatives at a time is key and the ability to influence and negotiate will also add value to the role KRA's Identify process improvements (Cost Savings or efficiency improvements) Establish Total Quality Management as a management philosophy Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members. Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders Ensure that process changes are measured so that unit cost calculations and turnaround times are accurate (Time standards calculated) Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. Investigate, analyze and develop opportunities into comprehensive business cases with a strong emphasis on efficiency gains, cost savings, improved quality and/or customer experience by developing presentations and present business cases to business stakeholders in order to formalize into a prioritized project/initiative. Perform Root Cause Analysis where we experience process breakdowns and develop countermeasures. Identify key metrics for measurement after implementation and report on the results. Manage own development to increase your own competencies, must be a self-starter. Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: B. Comm, B. Eng, BSC Eng., BSC Informatics, TQM qualification and/or related degree Diploma/Certification in Business Analysis. Financial Services, Retail or Consulting experience - Desirable 5 years’ Business process analysis (eliciting, analyzing and documenting business requirements) or business consulting experience. 5 years’ experience in Total Quality Management, Process re-engineering, and Process Improvement projects. 5 years of Project management & change management experience. Microsoft Certified Professional / Specialist - Preferable Experience with Robotics and/or artificial intelligence projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of and exposure to Business Process Reengineering, Workflow / Workflow management / Process automation. Experience in facilitating workshops with business users in order to gather requirements, generate ideas and validate designs. Root cause analysis experience.
