Sales Administrator: A tissue manufacturing company based in Harare is looking for a tech-savvy Sales Administrator to join its team. The role involves ensuring efficient coordination between Sales and Production to meet customers’ demands. Candidates must demonstrate strong passion and enthusiasm for excellence and innovation, have a strong eye for detail, must have experience in Fast-moving consumer goods and should be available to start on the 1st of November 2020. Duties and Responsibilities. • Ensure there is coordination between sales and production department. • Prepare and presents reports. • Check data accuracy in orders i.e. order book management. • Schedule deliveries • Liaise with despatch department to ensure timely deliveries. • Check data accuracy on invoices • Responsible for Customer Relationship Management and Public Relations Management. • Communicate important feedback from customers internally. • Stays up to date with new products and features. • Responsible for digital marketing. • Any other duties as allocated by the Managing Director. Experience: 3 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Qualifications: Degree or Certificate in IMM or CIM.
