Managing and being accountable for the region in all aspects of the business.
Ensuring Excellent Customer Service in all branches in a region
Sales Performance and profitability
Brand management and Promotions
Overseeing that the branches are operating within targets, standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down from time to time
Business Development and Customer liaisons
Requirements of the Job
Minimum: Degree in any area of Business
At least 3 years experience in operations management
Retail or branch management experience elsewhere is an added advantage
Should be resident in Bulawayo
