Our Company whose operations are based in Business Management Consultancy Services have an exciting and challenging position of Talent Solutions Consultant. The position exists to create a compelling vision and strategy whose main thrust will be digitization of the division’s processes.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

Sourcing for recruitment assignments and executing them.

Writing recruitment business proposals

Formulating department’s strategy and revenue plans

Booking interviews with candidates

Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.

Managing electronic CV database

Branding of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.

Attending client meetings.

Advertising of vacancies, in print media and online platforms.

Conducting interviews.

Registering candidates on the job seekers database

Attending exhibitions and networking meetings.

Sales calls and business development.

Management of existing clients.

Educational background

Minimum of 2.1 Degree class in Human Resources Management/Sociology/Psychology

IPMZ Diploma and membership will be an added advantage

Certificate or Diploma in ICT will be an added advantage

Minimum of 2 years working experience in Human Resources Consultancy Industry.

Experience and Skills

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.

Proficiency in proposal and report wring skills

Ability to handle work pressure

Excellent team work ethic and communication skills

Self-motivated

Knowledge of recruitment procedures and best practices
