  • Substantial experience in conducting events and webcasts
  • Sound knowledge of digital strategies and organizational systems
  • Familiarity with project management and budgeting practices
    Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement digital media campaigns according to business goals
  2. Create Project Budgets and Timelines
  3. Coach and mentor employees on an one on one basis as well as a group
  4. Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
  5. Work to improve company’s brand presence
  6. Collaborate with Writers and Designers to Produce Content
  7. Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
  8. Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs
  9. Coordinate maintain and management of all social media channels
  10. Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams
  11. Work With Marketing Director to Create Marketing Strategy
  12. Develop and Maintain External Vendor Relationships
  13. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods
  14. Suggest strategies and methods for business operations improvement
  15. Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate required covering Project Management.
  Experience
  • 4+ years' experience as project manager, 2+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully training employees in marketing and productions.
