Position summary

The Project Officer will be responsible for implementing the emergency project in Chipinge, Chimanimani and Bikita. This includes: NFI distributions, rehabilitation works and Hygiene promotion as well as carry out on the ground activities such as targeting beneficiaries and facilitating and conducting trainings. He/she will be working with government agencies and private organizations engaged in emergency work. Ensuring all WASH and Child Protection in Emergencies (CPiE) activities at community level are carried out and to ensure that all components of the programme are functioning properly, providing care of quality to all the beneficiaries through respecting guidelines and core humanitarian principles, WHO 2004).
