Programs Manager: Family AIDS Caring Trust (FACT) Deadline: 13 December 2019 Reporting to: Position Reports to: Program Manager – Health and Wellbeing Work Station: Chinhoyi Roles and responsibilities The organisation seeks to engage services of a qualified person to fill the position of Programs Manager. This post entails a lot of travel in the selected districts. Some of the key responsibilities of the incumbent include development, support and supervision of FACT’s Mash West Province Staff including ensuring their effectiveness. Providing leadership and guidance in all program activities running in the province. Management of Mashonaland West Programmes, resource mobilisation, monitoring, evaluation. Liaison with donors, local leadership, line ministries, communities and other FACT departments as well as participating in the leadership of FACT as a member of the Executive Committee. Qualifications and experience The suitable candidate should have at least four years’ experience in the relevant field. Be a holder of Master of Social Sciences, Public Health and Administration, Strategic Management Degree or in the relevant field.
