Qualifications And Experience
Relevant University bachelor degree in Social sciences; Master’s degree or M and E qualification being an added advantage; A fast learner or relevant experience in a senior management position, preferably in the development sector; Knowledge of feminist rights-based approaches to development an added advantage; Possesses sound analytical skills, solutions-oriented and pays attention to detail; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Confident presentation and facilitation skills, demonstrated commitment to working with young women; Have commitment to IYWD’s feminist vision and mission; Ability of work independently and being part of a young and dynamic feminist team
