PRODUCTION ENGINEER Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position that has arisen in our Bulawayo Plant. The incumbent will be reporting to the Technical Executive THE JOB The Production Engineer will be responsible for the following: • Programming and coordinating services essential for the conversion of raw materials to finished goods in accordance with company goals • Provides and ensures optimum plant utilization • Coordinating and supervising the work from subordinates • Ensures that quality and environmental policy, objectives and targets are understood and implemented through the production process • Identifies production related improvement projects and corrective actions • Contributes to the overall success of the Technical Department by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  Degree in Process Engineering/Production Manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in production or,  Higher National Diploma in Process Engineering or Production Manufacturing with a minimum of 10 years of experience.  A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.  Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word etc a must.  Knowledge of Navision package is an added advantage  Must demonstrate solid organisational and management skills  An honest, accurate and a person with integrity is required
