Description :

Our Client is looking for a young, dynamic and passionate person to take up the role of Procurement & Sales Support Officer. The incumbent shall provide active support to both Procurement and Sales teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Executing the organization’s Procurement and Sales strategies
  • Managing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure availability of required goods and services On-Time-In-Full
  • Working with Finance in the costing of procured goods
  • Creating and maintaining good relationships with vendors/suppliers and customers. Negotiating contract terms and prices.
  • Tracking shipment of inbound orders including customs and clearing
  • Purchasing goods, materials, services and supplies in line with specified cost quality and delivery targets.
  • Build, maintain and sustain excellent supplier and customer relationships

Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Purchasing and Supply/ Certified Institution of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or the equivalent.
  • At least one year’s experience in Procurement.
  • The candidate should have a strong passion to manage Sales and Customer Management operations.
