A well established Manufacturing company is looking to engage a Processing Plant Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor. Incumbent must have at least two year's experience performing similar duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures adequate stocks of cleaning chemicals, tools & PPE are maintained

2. Conducts safety talks with team members daily

3. Ensures rinsing of all areas is conducted before cleaning process

4. Ensures foam is applied using foaming machines & allowed to reach at least 15mn contact time

5. Ensures scrubbing is done effectively to remove dirt & soil from equipment, floors & walls following top-down procedure

6. Ensures 2nd rinsing is done using pressure washers or hoses

7. Ensures sanitization is done following procedure & no-one is allowed access until sampling is done

8. Controls access & movement of team members during the shift & that key control procedure is adhered to

9. Performs role call at the end of the shift and reports any issues to superior

10. Ensures hygiene swabs are taken 3 times/week following procedure

11. Ensures all checklists are completed & updated daily

12. Ensures hygiene results are reviewed weekly with team members to improve performance

13. Ensures all NCs are closed-out

14. Participates in the hiring process of cleaning staff

15. Ensures all new PP cleaning staff are inducted and introduced to company policies, procedures and GMPs

16. Trains employees on proper work methods and safety procedures

17. Manages leave and overtime for the cleaning staff

18. Mentors direct subordinates

19. Participates in job descriptions reviews & updates when needed

20. Performance manage cleaning staff as per company performance management reviews

21. Conducts monthly meetings with PP cleaning team on various relevant
