Over the years the founders of LATHA through their profound expertise in Aviation have developed a keen interest in providing the relevant Tourism, Aviation and Hospitality curriculum. This is towards providing education and skills that have a market not only for employment but the creation of own jobs.

LATHA is not only looking at providing training solutions but an alternative learning platform for value addition and reaching the global clientele as well as one that meets the social and economic needs of the society. Having worked with reputable companies such as Kenya Airways and IATA Authorized Training Centre (ATC), the founders have the knowledge, exposure and an allied network towards providing the best consultancy and mentorship to LATHA, its workforce and other institutions.

LATHA in the shortest time has evolved since its inception from being only specialized in Aviation training to an institution providing in-company training solutions in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality through strategic alliances with highly technical and professional individuals and institutions. LATHA established a market base in predominantly outsourced training in government and quasi government-owned businesses in this industry and the recent signing of charters opened more doors in terms of market entry into industries that were previously difficult to penetrate.
