POST: PHARMACY TECHNICIAN x1 (7 months) Reporting to: Pharmacy QUALIFICATIONS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology • Computer literacy in MS Office, Spreadsheet etc • Registered with the Pharmacist Council of Zimbabwe • At least 2 years proven experience in a Community/Hospital Pharmacy setting • Previous experience in a Research Setting will be an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assisting in developing Pharmacy Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the clinical trial; Study product management including ordering, receipting, storage, dispensing and destruction; Record keeping of shipping documents, MCAZ communications and accountability of study product; Participate in training of staff on pharmacy related procedures; Ensure confidentiality of trial participants and verification of the informed consent; Prepare for sponsor related monitoring visits and ; Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time NB- Only shortlisted candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted for interviews.
