LOCATION: MAZOWE (ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for over 300 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor work, overtime, leave balances, head count,)
Monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service
Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to NEC Agriculture policies including compliance with Labour Laws
Issuing pay slips and making payments during peak season
Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidates should be in possession of the following:
Diploma in Payroll Management or relevant qualification
Must be proficient In Belina Payroll
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in the Agricultural sector being an added advantage
