Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled operations coordinator for our company. In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our business and ensure that strategic needs are met. You will coordinate with staff, source potential clients, handle day to day transactions, and update accounting/financial documents as well as frequently prepare reports for management and executives. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.

This is a Full-Time vacancy however due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will be working from home unless requested to be elsewhere.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the company.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Compiling and presenting financial, market and budget reports.
  • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Keeping account books and systems up to date.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Solid computer skills, including email and MS Office
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
