We are looking for secondary school teachers to teach extra lessons to ZIMSEC Ordinary Level Examination candidates. Grassiaz Online is an online after-school teaching program. Expectations Excellent mastery of a main subject and expertise in a second subject; Coach and prepare learners for O’Level examinations; Self-motivated, responsible, driven and works well with minimal supervision; Willingness to learn how to use online teaching platforms. Training will be provided; A passion for teaching. General responsibilities Prepare lesson plans, tests, and student materials; Provide appropriate academic teaching to students according to the Grassiaz framework; Provide assessment progress reports to parents. Requirements Experience: At least one year of experience teaching Form 3 and Form 4 ZIMSEC, marking experience an added advantage Education: At least a teacher certification Resources: Laptop & reliable internet. Grassiaz Online will assist teachers in securing a reliable internet connection. Schedule: Flexible days with the expectation of at least 5 to 10 hours per week Compensation: Base salary + Classroom size + Performance-based bonus
