SUPPORT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

MANAGER: OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATION 
Reports to the Deputy Associate Director; Support Services. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
These shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 
? Developing systems and models for the provision of office furniture for all staff within the University. 
? Develop models and systems for student furniture. 
? Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of the University’s records management system and reprographic processes. 
? Develop models and systems for the University telephone communication services. 
? Develop models and systems for the University electronic records management system. 
? Development of systems for University mail delivery. 
? Overseeing and coordinating the stationery acquisition processes. 
? Development of the University furniture replacement system. 
? Development of plans, budgets and reports for the section. 
? Planning and coordination of all office, teaching and learning facilities.

Work/Educational Requirements

? A Higher National Diploma or a degree in Public Relations, Administration or related field. 
? At least five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience at Senior Management level. 
? A relevant Masters’ degree in the area would be an added advantage
