Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications The ideal incumbent should possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration or the equivalent; Bachelors’ Degree and experience in working with refugees/in remote areas desirable; At least 2 years proven experience of working in rural community in development programs within an international NGO context; Excellent facilitation, negotiating and interpersonal skills; A high degree of honesty and integrity; Knowledge of Sphere and commitment to humanitarian principles; Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office packages; Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision.
