- M.Tech or its equivalent and/ or a PHD in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology or closely related disciplines
- Successful candidate will be involved in the instruction and assessment of Biotechnology courses including Organic Chemistry, Bio-process Engineering, Genetic Engineering, Chemistry for Bio technologists and any other as mandated by the Departmental Chair
- He/she will be expected to supervise undergraduate student projects, conduct research
