- Certificate or Diploma in Education
- B.Ed. History
- B.A History/ Economic History
- Masters in History is an added advantage
- A teaching qualification is a prerequisite
Other
- A minimum of 5 years teaching experience required in lecturing posts
- Former Civil servants should attach a clearance letter from the Public Service Commission
- The applicant must be currently working in the Public service
