LEAD OPERATOR (SPECIALIST SERVICES) Qualifications and experience • 5 '0' Levels including Maths and English Language • Clean class 2 driver's license • Valid defensive driving and medical fitness certificate • Valid Zimbabwean passport • 5 years' experience as heavy-duty driver with traceable references. Duties and responsibilities • Establishes optimum vehicle loads per destination (up to 200 tons) • Ensures abnormal loads are secured before travel. • Ensures safe and expeditious delivery of loads within and outside the country. • Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements before and during delivery i.e. licensing, Road Traffic Act, permits etc. • Supervises and trains subordinate staff. • Ensures commetto equipment is in good working order and serviced. • Adheres to quality management and any other set standards always.
