Our customer-focused development team are looking for a Senior Systems Developer to join our small, progressive development team at Softrite and contribute to the ongoing delivery and success of our payroll solutions software. As our Senior Systems Developer, you will provide specialist systems development advice and contribute to the development of our new and updated desktop application and provide leadership and guidance to our project team whilst development continues.

A history of software development is essential, while a background in or understanding of payroll and the relevant taxation laws within Zimbabwe will be an advantage, as the job will require an intimate knowledge of such to help our customers achieve success. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career in Software development and have a passion for customer service.

This is a full-time role, based out of Newlands, Harare and will require the candidate to start January 2021. The successful candidate (you) will live and breathe coding! You will be passionate about development / programming and have an excellent track record in the desktop development space. If you have software development certifications, this is great, but not essential. The main requirement for this role is that you have experience building desktop applications and experience in or knowledge of a payroll, accounting, or banking environment.
