Ensuring eCommerce application is maintained and up to date.
Developing and updating new functionalities onto the platform.
Providing guidance in designing, user interface, technology integration, and interfacing with the other technologies (supplier, social media, e-commerce portals).
Providing SEO and providing traffic analytics reports.
Creation of ad-hoc and standard management reports.
Uploading of images, campaigns collateral and messages onto platform and linking these as required to Facebook and Instagram.
Monitoring of site availability on Android, IOS and WEB
Submitting APPs on a regular basis to Play Store and APP Store whenever the site and APPS are updated.
Ensuring testing of new plugins / latest pug-ins in UAT before migration from UAT to Live environment.
Administration of WP based sites.
Working with ICT, eCommerce sales / marketing team, eCommerce client liaison team and other stakeholders for the effective upgrades and working of the platform.
Provide technical leadership.
Keeping diligent record/stats of daily activities.
Providing feedback to Business Unit Manager when requested.
Attend compulsory daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc meetings.
Keeping abreast with the online ecommerce trends, especially on WooCommerce.
Adhere to company values at all times.
