An opportunity has risen in a Mining Company for an experienced and passionate *Human Resources & Payroll Administrator* to join our organization.
*The ideal candidates should have at least the following minimum qualifications*
* Degree in Human Resources Management /Social Sciences/or related field
*IPMZ Diploma
*At least 4-5 years' hands on experience in HR Department
*Knowledge of Belina Payroll
*Knowledge of Fleet management
*Ability to work under pressure and adhere to set time frames and targets
*Strong industrial relations background with good understanding of labour law.
